Oustanding care, Oustanding family, Oustanding ofs

When my partner was offered a new position we were taken by surprise and had no childcare in place, we got in touch with Uzma and she was brilliant, she found a place for our son and he was quickly signed up and in her care.
Since then my partners hours have changed again and Uzma has been fantastic accommodating these new hours.

She is a driven professional whose friendly, down to earth nature come across as soon as you meet her. Her family is adorable, Husband and helper Rob is always smiling and very welcoming, Their daughters are happy, helpful, clever and beautiful little examples of the care provided.

Our son is happy to go to her everyday, he takes part in a wide range of activities often bringing home products of his labour.

We couldn't recommend Uzma enough. We feel ever so lucky to have her.

Excellent after school and holiday care

As soon as we met Uzma and her family we knew that they would provide the ideal setting for our daughter. She is treated as part of the family. Uzma always has time for a catch up and is genuinely interested in our daughter's life outside of her care.

Uzma has a caring approach yet remains professional at all times and runs a very organised setting. She has also been extremely flexible, accommodating mine and my partner's hectic work schedules.

My daughter loves her time with Uzma and enjoys spending whole days with her in the holidays when they often go on trips to the coast or the park.

If I could sum the relationship up it would be to say that we would be lost without her!

Uzma has been an absolute god send. I have been so lucky to find such an excellent and professional Childminder....who my 2yr old daughter adores.

Uzma has had my daughter from 6 months old, and I have seen the rapid development and progression my little girl has made over the past 2 yrs.

Sarah looks so forward to her days at Uzma's as she knows they will do lots of fun activities: arts & crafts, visiting children centres, day trips to the woods and enjoying walks along the beach.

Uzma has welcomed sarah into her home, her family and her heart, and from day one I have not worried once, as I know my little one is in very good hands.

Uzma, I can't thank you enough.

Home from home

My daughter has been looked after by Uzma for a year now and she has blossomed in Uzma's care. She adores Uzma and her family and comes home full of stories of exciting trips, arts and crafts, projects and fun, educational activities. Umza is kind, fair, caring and her work with the children is exemplary. Her communication with parents is second-to-none and she is very keen to link in with other childcare providers, for instance my daughter's nursery, to ensure consistent care and target setting between settings. I couldn't recommend her more!

Excellent!

I have been taking my children to Uzma for over a year now and cannot recommend her enough! My children are always excited to see her and spend time in her care. She plans exciting days for them full of activities and outings. These are done to support the children's next steps and encourage them to develop. She is kind, loving and fair in the way she interacts with the children. Uzma is also very easy to work with as a parent. She listens to any daily concerns that come up and is responsive to the changing needs of the children. She also keeps me up to date with their progress and next steps. It's always hard to leave your children in the care of others, but in Uzma's care I know my children will have a great day and return happy and very well looked after.

Vanessa re Uzzie79

My baby girl started with Uzzie in January as I was returning to work. Obviously, like any first time mum I was nervous about leaving her with anyone. However, having met Uzzie and her family and having arranged a settling in day for Sarah, my mind was instantly put at ease.

Sarah loves her days with Uzma and gets so excited when she see's Uzma and her Family and the other children who are cared for by her.

Uzma does lots of activities and development with Sarah, including taking the children on day trips to the park and woods and child centres. She provides a diary of all the things Sarah has done and achieved daily. In addition she has provided a beautiful book which includes photos and details of how my little treasure has developed since January.

I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found Uzma, but know I am very lucky. Sarah has developed so much and continues to every week.

I recommend Uzma 100%.

A Home from Home

What can we say about Uzma & Rob? We can not sing their praises high enough!!!! They are a fantastic!!!! They welcomed our boys with open arms and have made them (and us) feel like a part of their family.

The reason we chose Uzma & Rob as our childminders, was because of the very friendly and well mannered atmosphere in their house, and their house felt like a home instantly. The way they interacted with their own children assured us we had found our match. Our boys have very different personalities, yet Uzma & Rob can captivate both of them. Both of our children love them and their own children very much.

They are very proactive and follow the EYFS to ensure each child is developing as they should. They encourage outside play and go out to Children's centres, parks and beaches all the time. Before starting to mind the boys, Uzma took time out of her day to visit our oldest son's nursery to introduce herself to them and to encourage them working together to ensure he coped with the transition, as he doesn't cope with change very well. And since being under Uzma & Rob's care his anxieties have lessened.

They always find the time to talk to us about our boys whenever we want.
We would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Wonderful!

Uzma has been looking after my little girl since September, when she started school. She takes her to school and picks her up in the afternoon. I am so pleased I found Uzma, you couldn't ask for more in a childminder. She provides a safe and caring environment, they are a wonderful family, I would recommend to all.

Childminder gold

I rather feel like we struck childminder gold when we found Uzma. We have been delighted with the level of care she has provided our little boy with over the past year. He gets a lot of love and attention in her excellent setting and is treated like one of the family. He benefits from a good balance of learning and developmental exercises, playtime and days out. He goes somewhere exciting nearly every day, whether that is the park, a stay and play session, or somewhere further afield like a farm! His development is coming along leaps and bounds and we can attribute a lot of this to time spent with Uzma. Uzma provides an extremely flexible, professional and personal service and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
