My son attended little humbugs for 3 years and made some lovely friends there.
After returning to work after my 2nd child communications became very sour between myself and Kim the lead childminder. I found her confrontational and defensive in anything I had to say and this took place in front of my eldest son which I was not happy about. I also found her inflexible as she wanted to start charging me for been 5 minutes early and that was the last straw for me as I was accused of not respecting my contracted hours even though I would pick up my children 45minutes early most days.
On the whole my son enjoyed his time at little humbugs but I would often go to work upset and would feel anxious at pick up times.
Charly her assisted is lovely and offers a great baby sitting service. On the whole it is a shame that communications turned so sour but I refuse to be spoken to like a child by someone I was paying half my wages too.
Therefore I would not personally recommend this child minder
