Sounds well trained , but after several attempts to contact and meet (has a few hiccups my side) was informed the space had been taken despite confirming want of services.
Only just seen other reviews and happy we didn’t mess each other around more

It was a shame. But with one thing and another we just never met up. Understandable life happens.
Very disappointed about this childminder. Soon as we walked through the door she and her husband try to sell us tea and coffee franchise. Once there she asked for two months upfront. We paid and just a few days after we received an invoice for more money ! It is a business and she has every right to be paid, but the emphasis was to make money, and get us to work for her. Also the assistant, her husband was never aroundnto care for the children. As for local drop off she only did for one and said what she did for the other parents was of no concern to us. Not fair considering we paid the same. Don't like to leave a bad review but this is childcare not a bank collecting money that wasn't owed. Please learn from our mistake
