*Solo charge of two boys with autism, dyslexia, ADHD and severe learning disability . When beginning the employment they where 8 and 10.
*Communicated non-verbally with children to provide them with comfort, encouragement and positive reinforcement.
*Work in the process to get the children to the British school program and adapting in the government system. .
*Redirect children using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)..

Reason for leaving: due to family personal issues mother was going to spend half times in different countries for indeterminate time frames not suitable for the nanny.
