About Me
I am a teacher and also a mum to two amazing boys, who completely underpin my passion, care and enthusiasm for working with other small human beings. My parenting and pedagogy follow a gentle, Montessori-inspired and outdoor learning approach. I love animals and outdoor adventures!
I am offering babysitting, ad hoc school holiday nannying, events nannying and emergency childcare. Since having my second son and returning to work, I have decided to limit stand-alone tutoring sessions (for now) but I am happy to discuss tuition or homework help as an additional service to any babysitting or nannying session.
My Experience
I am a qualified primary school teacher. Prior to my teaching career, I had worked in a variety of early childhood settings, which has given me a wealth of experience with different ages and needs.
I am very passionate about Early Years and have experience in sole charge nannying for babies from 6 months (as well as parenting my own from newborns!).
I am a confident babysitter and can provide references from families over the last 10 years.
My Qualifications
• DBS
• Paediatric first aid trained
• QTS
• Level 6 Early Years qualified (first class honours degree)
• EAL and SEN experience
