Hello,
My Name is Sarah Denman, I moved to the West Sussex area nearly 18yrs ago from London. I have worked in the early years sector for the last 29 years in various roles.
Throughout my professional career I have been actively dedicated to being a part of a childs learning and development and supporting them with their achievements in what ever they do.
I am passionate about working with children; I am keen to learn from others. I love the variations that come with working with children on a day-to-day basis. No two days are ever the same. I find it's the childs natural curiosity and explorative nature that keeps my mind active in providing activities for them to undertake.
I have a great deal of experience and working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum when providing activities, opportunities and experiences for children within my care. This I find encourages children to naturally want to extend their learning and investigation further for themselves.
I have a wealth of references and supporting documents/certificates that can be requested and viewed.

My Qualifications
My working history reflects my passions of working with children since leaving school in 1990:
- I attended the Open university and gained a BA Hons in Early Years (2:1) (Dec 2012)
- I attended the University of Chichester and gained a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood (level 5 passed 2:1) (June

- a current valid paediatric1st aid certificate
- a level 2 award in food safety in catering
- child protection training - working with child protection issues
- i attended a quality play course with the local portage team.
I regularly receive training via Ofsted to keep my skills and knowledge current
My Availability
I currently am working in a school during term time, so may be available for a few days during half terms and school holidays!.

My Fees
- Nannying from £10.00 per hour (net)
I charge £12.50 - £15 per hour (Gross), dependant upon the position avaliable, however this can be discussed and negotiated for the right position.
