Hi I'm Imogen and I am 52 years old. I have worked in child care for 34 years mainly as a nanny. I have looked after children aged from newborn to 16 years old.
I live in beautiful Emsworth and I am seeking part time work around the area.
I hold the Montessori Nursery ( Foundation ) Teaching Diploma that was awarded an NVQ Level 4. I have an up to date DBS enhanced check and paediatric first aid. I am willing to be Ofsted registered,
I work part time 2 days a week for an absolutely lovely family looking after 2 boys who are aged 6 and 2 1/2. Ive been with the family just over 2 years.
My Experience
I have 34 years experience as a nanny, nursery nurse and nursery teacher.
Over the years I’ve looked after children aged newborn to 16 years old!
Child psychology is a real interest of mine… each child is an individual and I feel should be treated as such in all aspects of childcare.
Child nutrition and diet is also very important to me. I myself eat pretty healthily and I’m a firm believer in ‘we are what we eat!’ A lot of childcare issues can be solved through diet… although I’m also a believer in, everything in moderation, so sweet treats are certainly allowed too!
