We employed Sarah for 2 years, starting on a few hours and ending on some 20hrs per week. She is just fantastic! She started looking after Anna at 2.5yrs around her pre-school hours, then went on to help with Charlie (before and after birth!) in our home in Kingston St Mary. When I went back to work in May 2013 she had full responsibility for Charlie 3 days a week, based from our home, but took him out to classes and out and about locally - plus helped out with meals and baking :-)
Sarah is really friendly and easy to get on with, brilliant with children - and they really love her. I felt my children were safe and always had lots of fun, often returning home lively and tired. When she arrived in the mornings they would smile and run to the door!
Sarah is very kind, always smiling and honest. She would rarely say no to any request for additional hours - day or night.
Any family that has a chance for their children to have some of Sarah's time is very fortunate - she will enhance the children's development.
