My Experience

I am trained in the Montessori method, this is a passion of mine and so hope to do further training in this. I currently work at a Montessori nursery which I adore.

I have my own children aged 5 and 3 who I bring up in-line with the Montessori method and ensure we spend lots of time in the great outdoors, walking, bug hunting, den building, splashing in water, making camp fires and just having fun. I believe in being child-led and positive reinforcement. We don’t have much screen time because we are too busy playing or exploring the world around us. I would love to bring this to a family I work with.

I have experience with SEN, I have worked with children who have Downs Syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, global development delay, P.E.G fed, autism, dyslexia, and ADHD. I know some mackaton to communicate and am able to confidently use the picture exchange communication.

My Availability

I am on my own with my 2 children as my husband works away during the week so my availability is dependent on the flexibility of the family and me possibly sometimes needing to have my children with me if it is outside of school hours (830-1630). Weekend availability is easier as my husband can look after our children.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £14.00 per hour (gross)

This is slightly flexible depending upon if my children are with me or not. As well as the needs of the individual family
