I have a wide range of experience in nursery, Primary schools and special needs settings. I am ofsted registered . I am committed to providing a nurturing and secure environment for children to grow , learn and develop at their own pace .
My Experience
I have more than 20 years of experience working in childcare . I started my childcare experience in 1997 in a pre school setting and gained the Early Years Childcare and Education Level 3 qualification. Over the years I have worked in school and nursery settings , which has broadened my knowledge and experience with children.
I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for over six years and have been graded ‘good’.
Prior to this I worked as a Nanny; sole charge of 2 children. I worked for the family for just over two year;I was made redundant from my post as the children started school . Before this , I worked as a nanny looking after 3 Children under 3 years old .
I really enjoy being a childminder and look forward to welcoming babies and children into my own home.
I like taking the children on trips to the farm, park and garden centre as well as other places of interest. I also take the children to local playgroups and the soft play centre. Whilst at home the children explore the garden - building dens and playing on the equipment. We also have fun with the sand and water as well as play dough, paints and chalks.

Carolina is an amazing professional and a lovely person.

My daughter has been with Carolina for 4 months now and absolutely loves it.
Carolina is caring and calm and offers a variety of fun and interesting activities for my little girl.
The daily photos and flexible communication is a really comfort to me as a mother and I have never had any worries or anxiety about my daughters well being as I know she is well looked after.
Carolina is an absolute asset to any family with young children!

My son has been going to Carolina’s for over 18 months and loves his time with her. He has grown so much in confidence and enjoys spending time with her and the other children in her setting.
Carolina is flexible, helpful and friendly, who treats my son as if he was one of her own. She even threw him a birthday party! She takes him and the other children to groups, trips out and to soft play. He is well stimulated and especially enjoys playing in her outdoor space.
