About Me
Hi I'm Kasha I live in Letchworth with my husband and two little boys. I enjoy history, reading, cooking and dance. I love animals, and being outside.
I adore children and have a real passion for my role as an early years educator.
I’ve been in childcare in one form or another for over 15 years, working my way up from apprentice to deputy manager for a nursery before going into maternity leave.
I’m ofsted registered outstanding in my recent inspection.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for over 15 years in one way or another working my way up from apprentice to deputy manager of the nursery I worked in before leaving for maternity leave.
I have worked with numerous agencies over this time and have been extremely fortunate to work alongside some truly amazing people. Including speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, play therapists to name but a few.
I have also had the opportunity to work in some truly wonderful settings including a vertically grouped nursery that follows the hygge approach, a forest school and a Montessori based setting, giving me wonderful insight into all of these practices which I bring into my own practice.
My Qualifications
I have a level 4 certificate in early years childcare and education. I have letters and sounds training, I am paediatric first aid trained. I have had training in SEN and AD. I have recently completed a fairies and potions course surrounding the concepts of outdoor play and using the surrounding area as a source of learning, play and expression.
On my most recent Ofsted inspection I received outstanding in all areas which I’m so very proud of.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
This includes all meals including snacks, drinks and wipes. Outings including soft play etc.
Nappies and formula milk to be supplied.

As soon as you walk into Kashas you’re surrounded by happy and playful children. As many games, toys and activities as you can imagine and lovely healthy & varied food. Kasha is compassionate and kind. As a first time mum she made me feel incredibly safe and valid! The way she runs her day care is so flexible and stress free. Lots of pics and videos daily to update us of the activities going on that day. If we had the option to stay with Kasha longer our little one would have been with her for a long time. I could not rate her more highly.

My son loves his two days spent at Kasha’s. As a first time mum finding the right place for him to go on my return was work was daunting but I knew as soon as I met Kasha I would be sending him to a home from home. I love receiving all the updates on his day, whether it’s messy play, arts and crafts or trips to the farm there is always something exciting going on. I also love that she will always find an opportunity to get him out in the fresh air which I always think is so important. Also a first time mum her she has helped me with many a parenting question!

Kasha looks after all 3 of our children for two days a week after they finish school. They love the days they go to Kasha's, always doing something fun and creative. They have also made some lovely friends as well. I cannot recommend Kasha highly enough.

Sending our little one to Kasha, is like sending him to a home from home. Kasha ensures every day is filled with a range of fun and exciting activities that develop and entertain my little one. I never have any worries about how well he will be looked after and kasha sends plenty of updates throughout the day to keep us up-to-date!

Kasha is a phenomenal childminder. My kids always had so much fun going to “Auntie Kasha’s”. Was genuinely sad when it was time for them to move on.
