We interviewed Karen after she had cancelled and re-scheduled her interview with no explanation. After agreeing to her rate of pay we arranged a trial day with our children that week, but Karen cancelled on the day of the trial for no reason. None of her referees ever responded to our reference requests.

The interview was rescheduled due to work commitments.
After much thought and deliberation I decided the nanny vacancie wasn't for me, as a dedicated nanny who gives full commitment I would never take on a nanny role unless completely certain.
There was also no parking available for my car and on arrival for the interview l needed to pay and display ,the house was situated on a double yellow line with no parking facilities at all .
Was a little uneasy about the chaotic atmosphere between the parents of the children .
My employers from previous nanny positions have always given me excellent references written and verbally.
