Super!!!

We meet with Michelle for the first time and our daughter was at ease immediately. Michelle also had to unenviable task of looking after our daughters best friend at the same time who was on sleep over. Michelle was great, all seemed normal and she immediately clicked with the children. Moreover my wife was also immediately at ease, our daughter has a new nickname for Michelle "Mary Poppins" not bad for 6 hours together

Absolutely brilliant

I was really nervous about leaving my 3 year old and 10 month old with a nanny because they are used to having a stay at home Mum (my 10 month old had never been left with anyone before) but Michelle was so amazing, better than I could have imagined. She is an absolute natural with children and both of my two warmed to her so quickly. She is very calm and quietly confident. She really listens to what you say so you feel like you can trust her 100%. She has so much experience with different ages and additional needs you feel like she could cope with anything. I would totally recommend her - she's a wonderful nanny.

Absolutely superb

A short notice requirement for a sitter for our tween daughter, and Michelle stepped up to the mark. Of course it is always anxious when you have someone new come in to look after children - however Michelle put us all at ease from the start, totally recommended and even the tween was delighted.
