Cancelled without notice

Overall extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism provided by Mary. My family spent time with her to ensure this service would be a good fit, weeks past with positive visits/sessions and we believed our child was settling well as this is what we had been told. Mary cancelled our child care service completely via text, the evening before our child was to be cared for, without clear reasoning. We had no warning or time to prepare for this. This left us scrambling to find childcare for months during a difficult period until we found a permanent solution elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I can't respond to this criticism. How do I know who the Mother is ? Or child. I'm bamboozled. As far as I know this is a fake malicious post. This Mother never contacted me through this website.
So rather than slander me on here. Why not message me ?
I've also messaged Childcare to say I've never worked for Mother.

Great child minder

My daughter attended Mary's for over 2 years and when it was time for her to go to nursery the nursery teachers couldn't believe how advanced my daughter was for her age. I believe this is down to all the educational activities Mary conducted daily with all the kids. My daughter was also fussy eater but Mary introduced her to a wide varied diet. My son will also be attending next year.

Unprofessional

I felt I had a good relationship with this childminder as did my son only to be contacted by text to say my 10mth old baby needed to much nursing any baby under 1yr old needs nursing, this childminder gave no forwarning that there was any issues and also broke contract agreement by cancelling 2days before I had work instead of 4wk notice stated in contract, highly unprofessional

Really upsetting that a parent has wrote this, fortunately I have amazing parents that would testify that this is untrue.
I have had beautiful relationships with the parents and children who have been in my care.
