Warm, accommodating and hard working chilminder

I’ve had my twins with Nisa for over a year. She’s honestly amazing. Never says no when I need extra hours. She’s always on time, warm and friendly. My twins just love her and run to her every morning.
She does lots of activities with the kids doing drawing, painting and plays games worn them - teaching them through play.
The kids are always happy and well fed when I pick them up. Honestly don’t know what I would do without her!
Happy to accept messages from anyone wanting to know more as I know how difficult it is to leave your child with someone new. Don’t hesitate. She’s amazing!

Help older children wash up and take baths
Schedule nap times

We had a great experience with Nisa.

Nisa has been looking after my daughter for 2 years and has always gone out of her way to accommodate and be as flexible as she can which has really helped us. My daughter always enjoys going there and playing with her 4 lovely children and it has always felt very much like a family environment. I highly recommend her xxx

Best Childcare experience as a first time mum

Nisa has been exceptionally with my two years old daughter. She has been with her a little over a year and she has grown significantly in several different areas. Nisa is very reliable, hard working, kind and passionate about what she does. She gave me the reassurance that all will be well with daughter. Thanks Nisa for all that you have done for my little princess

Wedding help!

Nisa looked after my daughter whilst I was attending a wedding for two days. She was great with S whilst I got my hair and makeup done and did not disturb me as I was busy throughout the day, even staying longer as the wedding ran over to 2am. My daughter really warmed to her and she taught me a lot also being a first time mum in ways to sooth my baby. Would absolutely recommend her.

Horrible experience find someone who is consistent

Don’t waste your time, was unprofessional and inconsistent. Left me without childcare the same week and doesn’t respond to messages

Hello.
Thank you for your feedback Charlene.

As requested By yourself I agreed to terminate your contract earlier to help you with your agreement with your future provider.
This meant I was no longer under any obligation to dedicate any days outside of the contract.
The pay as you fog system works on a as and when system, this means if there is spaces I can accommodate your need and if there is not unfortunately I cannot.

This was explained to yourself and I feel you have not understood the terms of contract and no contract.

Also it is also an issue to offer future spaces if the balance is always in arrears.

I hope this make sense.
