About Me
I'm from Ireland and have been living in the UK for the past 10 years. I am friendly, reliable and have a passion for looking after young children and babies. My most recent long term nanny role was as a sole charge nanny for an amazing young boy from the age of 4 months to almost 2 years old in Chislehurst, London and occasionally his 6 year old brother. I have been living in Chelmsford the past two years working as a doula. I would prefer more long term work which is why I am returning to nannying. I am available for work immediately. My Experience
I was a sole charge nanny for 3 years in London. My first long term role was for a single mother with a busy and dynamic work schedule. My duties included attending multiple play groups and activities in the week, preparing lunches and dinners, general cleaning duties, creating and managing a routine and some babysitting.
Previously I looked after a 6 month old baby boy for a short term contract while the mother was settling into returning to work after her maternity leave. My key duties were to create a routine for the baby that would fit within the mothers busy work schedule.
Before I was a nanny I worked as a midwife at the Queen Charlotte & Chelsa Hospital in Hammersmith. I first qualified as a midwife in Ireland where I worked at the National Maternity Hospital. I believe the experience gained from midwifery has helped me become the highly skilled nanny I am today, especially around newborns and young babies.

Paediatric First Aid level 3
Maternity nurse 3 day course

Ideally £20 gross per hour but happy to negotiate this for the right family.
