We met Kat a couple of years ago and asked for her help with our then 3 year old daughter who has autism, high anxiety and can be pretty demand avoidant. She was struggling with peers, frequent meltdowns and high anxiety but Kat completely turned this around, almost instantly!

Our daughter became more confident with other children and after refusing nursery every day, was suddenly happy to go in! (Kat was happy to support our daughter in her nursery too not just our home). She very quickly gained our daughter's trust and really took the time to get to know her (and all of her many and ever changing likes)! Taking on all of the characters that she asked her to be daily : )

Kat has had a huge impact and I'm sad we don't see her as often since our daughter has now started her school journey. BUT she will always be welcome and we are grateful for the continued support from her. She has made our daughter smile and laugh so much and is just an all round kind and genuine person. She is a joy to be around, a complete natural with children and has an incredible amount of patience!
