Hello, I'm Deborah, a childminder, offering a 'home' from 'home' environment for your child.
I have 2 Assistant's that work alongside me and share the same aspirations and high standards I do for the children in our care.
On my last Ofsted inspection I was graded as Outstanding.

I live in Marton-in-Cleveland just off the A174 across the road from Captain Cook School.

I am a qualified Level 3 Early Educator
I have a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Home Based Childcare along with an enhanced DBS and a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate. I have also recently achieved a CACHE Level 3 in Safeguarding Children and also a CACHE Lever 3 in Behaviour Management.

I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effective in September 2021 this is exactly the same curriculum as a Local Authority Nursery would follow.

TLC Childcare uses an on-line nursery communication system called Babysdays. This allows you the parent/carer to see the progress of your child, an on-line diary, invoicing, policies and procedures and other documentation.

I will provide your child with opportunities to attend local playgroups, libraries, parks, museums and soft play centres.

We provide a wide range of toys, activities and resources that cover all areas of learning and development and that are age appropriate.

We are registered to care for children from birth to 11 years.

I hold a full UK clean driving license and have my own car which is regularly serviced and is insured for business use.

I have public liability and Professional Endemnity insurance and I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) this enables me to take and store photographs of your children correctly for learning purposes.

I am available for day care; full/part time, before and after school, I am also registered to take children under the government funding rules i.e achieving 2 years olds, 30 hours free childcare & The Nursery Education Grant.

I will try to be as flexible as possible with the hours of care you require for your child.

I live with my husband and daughter We have a small dog who is a big part of our family.

I do appreciate how hard it can be to leave your children in the hands of a childminder and I aim to make this transition as comfortable as possible for your child and yourself, I offer a settling in period for your peace of mind.
