Joanne has been our nanny for the last year and she has been truly amazing.
We moved back home after being abroad for a few years and Jo helped us to navigate the transition, our then 4 year old daughter spent the summer with Jo before starting school in September, they had lots of fun on outings and Jo is fantastic at setting up exciting activities. My daughter loves spending time with her. We then had our little boy in September and Joanne was able to help our daughter with this big change and also help support me with our new son. Joanne is so knowledgeable and natural with newborns, I felt very supported and safe with her at such a vulnerable time and she not only cared for my son but also for me, providing meals and helping around the house.
Jo is typically responsible for things like drop off and pick ups at school, weekly activities such as swimming lessons for our daughter or play dates and meal times. She does the laundry for the children, as well as wardrobe organisation. During holidays, Jo puts together exciting days for my daughter.
With our son, now 7 months old, Joanne is helping support our sleep journey with her sleep training techniques and is responsible for him whenever Im not feeding. They play and have fun together and he adores her, now that he is weaning she has also prepared food in advance for us and is supporting us through this new stage.
Joanne is reliable, diligent, organised and very professional but what is most important to us is that both our children love her as part of the family and we are very sad to be relocating and losing Jo. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her!

Joanne is lovely and one of the best nannies we have had. She was very calm which helped the baby settle immediately with her. We trusted our baby with her and she was very proactive and professional throughout. Not only did she get our baby into routine but also ensured our baby was developing as per milestones. She is a very good cook and cooked delicious and healthy meals for the baby. She has helped us so much that we can't thank her enough.

Joanne has been outstanding with my newborn. She’s highly experienced and knows exactly what to do in every aspect. She was able to teach me things and that I didn’t know about newborns from the way they cry, to the way they feed etc. I felt so comfortable being around her, and leaving Joanne with my newborn over night.
Joanne was able to talk about sleep training in the future and ways to deal with colic and reflux which are so common in babies. I am so happy to have found Joanne as I feel that not just having her as a nanny but a guide to babyhood. I am able to text or phone her if I ever need help and she’s always there to help.
I could not recommend her more, she’s reliable, hardworking and my baby absolutely loved her. Will definitely be booking Joanne in again for any future babies.

Joanne was nanny to our almost 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter for 5 weeks (it was only a temporary role until both children started full time nursery). I cannot recommend Joanne more, she is very warm and loving towards the children (who adore her) but is still gently firm and in control (they listen to her) and extremely knowledgeable. We have had two previous nannies and what really puts Joanne in a class of her own how organised she is, pro-active and forward thinking. She made lovely nutritious meals for the children, took them on a variety of activities which she researched and organised herself both outside (the Zoo, Willows Farm, playdough, soft plays, music classes) and at home (baking, crafts, airplane runways out of masking tape on the floor and sofa caves!) etc. She is very health and safety conscious (from car seats to food preparation). Our house was always neat and tidy when we came home and she was more than happy to do light housework.
Joanne is one of the rare nannies that loves children and is also a true professional at what she does. As two busy working parents, it was great to have someone very organised who did a lot of the thinking for us. She was very attentive to what our parenting style is and respectful of that. She was also great at communicating to us – staying to tell us about the day in detail and sending us many photos and videos. Although she was only with us for such a short time, we will be staying in touch and I wish we’d had her for longer.

Joanne helped me for those first few initial weeks with my newborn, she is highly knowledgable and really knows what shes doing, i felt very comfortable for my baby to be in her care! Joanne is very calm and relaxed which helped my baby settle, couldnt recommend Joanne enough!

Joanne joined us in April 18 when our daughter was 6 weeks old and son nearly 3 years. In the last year and a half, Joanne has helped to implement a routine for our daughter and adjust accordingly as she grows and reaches each new milestone, she has also helped our son to learn and grow and get him ready to start school in September. Joanne brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience for both our children, I’ve learnt a lot from Jo too! Joanne is thoughtful and trustworthy, we’ve never had any concerns and could not recommend her enough. We will all be very sad to see her go, but know the positive impact she will have on her next family!

Jo came to help me get back to work when my baby was 13 weeks. It was fantastic to have her around. She is knowledgeable and helped us implement some new routines with my baby girl but she also came ready to work with us in whatever way suited us best. She was calm, friendly and my little girl had a ball with her. I felt completely comfortable with Jo in my home and taking my baby out. It was such a positive experience I cannot recommend Jo highly enough.
