Unprofessional style of communication

Poor and unprofessional way of communication from management regarding the waiting list and how spaces are being allocated to new babies on the waiting list. does not fill me with confidence that spaces are allocated fairly. I was told spaces will be allocated in June for September start date, however they were already allocated in May to my surprise when calling on my own accord. Zero empathy for parents with full time work commitments.
