Stressful and poor experience

I have had a poor experience. I have requested for my house keys to be returned and been pushed/aggressively, argued to pay for post to receive my keys. I have had to contact the police to ask for guidance, and have received continual messages, that has effected my mental health. I have also felt like I have been threatened all because I am refusing to pick up the keys and following authority guidelines on having them posted instead of attending in person due to the unprofessional and heat it escalated. Poor experience. I am still waiting for my keys.

Nelia, as you are aware I have had to contact the police regarding your behaviour which they agree was bizarre. I really sympathise with you and hope you find the peace you need but it isn't here, I have multiple families who know that I am a very caring person who provides love and care with their children. I will be seeking further help if you continue to harass me
