My Summary
About Me
We are 2 cousins that work together in the same setting. We offer a home from home environment with lots of activities and outings. We work towards the EYFS work with parents to support the development of the children.
Tara has 4 children and married for 24 years runs the setting with Steph from her house. It has been adapted through the years to make good use of the space to provide the children with plenty of activities throughout the day including an outdoor covered shelter to let the children still enjoy outdoor time in all weathers and also a newly refurbished kitchen area to enjoy meals but also baking and craft activities in small or larger groups.
Steph has always wanted to work in childcare since she was a child herself. Wanting to make a difference and help children learn and grow to the best of their abilities. She has always been dedicated to her job role and enjoys finding new ways of helping the children reach their goals.
Together we provide a loving, caring environment that the children can express themselves freely and learn and interact while building strong happy relationships with their friends.

My Experience
We have a good grading from ofsted and we are first aid trained.
We accept the 2,3,4 year funding.
We complete regular courses with child development and safeguarding.
We have up to NVQ level 4 and many other professional childcare certificates.
We have been Childminding together at Tiny Tinkers for 11years and also worked in preschools and Nursery’s previous with roles including deputy Manager.
My Qualifications

We are currently full with no spaces.
We are open Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm but evening and weekends including over night stays can be arranged.
