The most caring and wonderful nanny!!

Ersela began to take care of my daughter when she was 1 and I had to go back to work. Not only did Ersela perform her work professionally, punctually and responsibly, she was always quick to communicate and react to any changing situation. Apart from that, she treated my daughter with the love and affection that she treated her own children, and soon our families began to form close ties, which still hold today. I cannot recommend Ersela enough as a great nanny who loves and understands children and gives them her whole undivided attention and support. Having her in our lives made such an incredible difference, allowing us to get through some very challenging moments, both logistically, and emotionally. She is a truly special nanny and has a big heart!

A true godsend!

Ersela was a godsend for our 16 month old son, whom we had just pulled out of nursery for health reasons. It was the best decision we ever made! She is highly professional, warm, funny and genuinely cares about the child she’s looking after. Her qualifications as a nurse are an added value as she always gives good and timely advice on routine health issues. In our case, she learnt his physio routine and helped him get back into shape within two months. Our son adores her and I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a long-term nanny solution, as she is just perfect. Lovely!

Ersela looked after our youngest son for a few months when he was 1 years old. He absolutely loved her. Ersela is such a compassionate and lovely person who I can highly recommend. Her energy is wonderful - kids love her. Only reason she stopped, was due to my own work situation.
