My Experience

I've had experience babysitting each of my siblings and cousins. I worked at a local Belfast adventure centre which gave me experience with children with all the fun included.

In April ‘19, I began my second job as a special needs 1 to 1 classroom assistant in a primary school.
As of September 2024, this is still ongoing.

I have also worked in an afterschools unit with one of the largest childcare providers in Northern Ireland as a afterschool unit manager for 7 years.

My Qualifications

8 GCSEs
NVQ Level 2 Child care learning and development
Level 2, 3 and 5 (Management) Qualification in Playwork
Child Protection training - up to date
First Aid training - up to date
Food safety - up to date
Health and safety - up to date

My Availability

I’m working in a primary school as an SEN assistant during the week until 2pm; currently look another another child on some days, happy to combine both families for care if needed. Can be available all day at the weekends and overnight stays

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.50 per hour

Due to rising costs, I am raising my fee for all my families from October 2023. My fee reflects my experience and the level of responsibility of looking after children in their own home.

For 3 or more children £15
