About Me

Hi, I've been a primary school teacher for 30 years.
I'm currently in the process of setting up my own business supporting children and their families. My office is in central Weston and I can teach there face to face, accommodating social distancing requirements safely. I am also able to tutor online.
I've got lots of experience, including working with children who need an extra bit of help or who find school tricky and would rather stay at home.
I can help your child catch up with their English and Maths and help with homework, and most importantly help them feel confident.
I love having fun and spending time doing crazy things with our daughter! Like dressing up at museums!

My Experience

I have been a primary school teacher for 30 years; in that time I've worked as a class teacher, SENCo and Deputy Head. I qualified in London and moved to Weston-super-Mare in 2007 when our daughter was 11 months old.

My Qualifications

I have a BEd (hons) from Surrey University in 1990.
I gained my NPQH in 2008.
I recently trained to teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).
