About Me
A busy family with a teenage daughter, a 12 year old with special needs and a dog. Mum has fibromyalgia and needs regular rests.
We are active and adventurous and are looking for people to help with our 12 year old daughter who has severe learning disabilities and is disabled.
My Requirements
I'm looking for care for my disabled little girl who is 12 with severe learning disabilities. She is sensory seeking (mouths everything and likes noisy toys) and is cognitively 12-18 months old. PINK! Is her favourite pop artist and she loves playing games and listening to music on her iPad.
Various days and times required - including school holidays.
Saturday shifts would involve a day trip out - such as the park/wildlife centre/Wake the Tiger.
Please indicate which shifts you are interested in:
Every other Saturday (day time 10am-7pm).
Babysitting/ occasional over nights.
Some day times during school holidays.
Every Monday/Friday after school (4-8.30pm).
It is preferable, but not essential to have special needs experience. Applicants need to hold a full clean drivers license and have an up to date DBS. They will need to drive our wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) and have their own car to be able to get to us in Batheaston.
