About Me
We are active and adventurous and are looking for people to help every other Saturday with our 13 year old daughter who has severe learning disabilities and is disabled.
My Requirements
I'm looking for care for my disabled little girl who is 13 with severe learning disabilities. She is sensory seeking (mouths everything and likes noisy toys) and is cognitively 12-18 months old. PINK! Is her favourite pop artist and she loves playing games and listening to music on her ipad.
We are looking for help every other Saturday - 10-6pm. Shifts would involve a day trip out - such as the park/wildlife centre/Wake the Tiger.
Other shifts available are:
Pick up from school Thursday 3.15 and drop to respite.
Pick up Friday 8.30/45am from respite and drop to school.
Babysitting/ occasional over nights.
Some day times during school holidays.
Every Monday/Friday after school (4-8.30pm).
It is preferable, but not essential to have special needs experience. Applicants need to hold a full clean drivers license and have an up to date DBS. They will need to drive our wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) and have their own car to be able to get to us in Batheaston.
