My Experience
I have worked in a variety of different nurseries for 10years , beginning as an apprentice in a baby room to my current position which is third in charge/room manager of a beautiful toddler room. Also SEN experience. As a practitioner my responsibility is to ensure children are learning and developing at their expected age group and offering support if delays are noticed. It is also very important to just play with the children as this is how they learn.
As part of a daily routine i can assist with nappies, potty training, meal times.
