About Me
I am 32, a mother, a wife, a baker and nanny!
I have been in childcare for 17 years. I have a very caring, nurturing, positive nature.
Starting at a nursery setting at the age of 15, whilst babysitting for families, studying Childcare in college and taking extra training courses in the EYFS framework. I have worked in many settings around the Isle of Wight, also in primary school settings. I have nannied for many families in my home, their home or in an outer setting. I have travelled with families, I have been a home education tutor, a special needs carer and I have even lived in with families and now have my own family.
I have 2 amazing children 9 & 3. I stopped being a nanny 4 years ago to run other business' with my husband whilst our youngest was a baby and I opened up my own baking business last year. Still taking regular courses in childcare and health, to further my knowledge for when I got back to it. I knew i couldn't be done with childcare and that i would be back when I could.
So I am now back doing what I really love, I am very creative and love planning exciting activities to do with the children! I will also have a daily information sheet along with photos ready for you after the day so you know how much fun they’ve been having and what they’ve been up too.
I am also Food safety, Nutrition & Health certified, so am always preparing healthy snacks and meals that help the children thrive.

My Experience
I have a lot of experience in working with special needs and children / young adults who suffer with their mental health. Including, Autism, ASD, ADHD, Agoraphobia, PTSD, OCD, and Developmental Disabilities.
I have also experience in caring for and closely looking after a very unwell child, for a very long period of time.
I really enjoy working with, caring for, helping, encouraging and watching children learn and grow.
My Qualifications

It is rare to find a human like Becky.
She’s very caring, motherly and genuine. I knew my son was safe with Becky. I’d get regular photos and a daily report to show everything I wanted to know without asking. Lovely girl, nanny, mum, person. Thank you Becky.
