About Me
Me , my wife Moumita and our little daughter Mayra ,this is our family . She is ,nearly 8 yrs old and currently in year 3. Current school is located just opposite our house. Me and my wife both are hospital doctors so we do long hours’ shift, sometimes even at a stretch of 12 hrs shifts. We are a happy family and live in northern part of Cambridge.
LOOKING FOR THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY IN UK PREFERABLY LIVE IN AND AROUND CAMBRIDGE , HAVE VALID VISA/ CITIZENSHIP AND CAN START AT THE EARLIEST. THIS IS PERFECT MATCH FOR A STUDENT OR A NANNY WHO ALSO WANTS TO SHARE THIS JOB WITH OTHER ROLES .
My Requirements
We are looking for a private English tutor for our daughter, who is currently in grade 3 in a state school.
Our expectation for our private tutor -
1. To upgrade her English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills commensurate with her grade.
2. To prepare her to be able to read independently with a complete understanding of the text.
3. Once a day each week to start with, depending on necessity and suitability, may adjust later.
4. Please respond only if you can teach her face-to-face at our place.
Our Expectations for a nanny which we are NOT currently looking for.
1. Wednesday , Thursday, and Friday for each week - to arrive at 07:15 - 07:30 in the morning to complete early morning course for Mayra (e.g., promote her changing clothes , have her breakfast , getting ready for school, etc.) and dropping her to school. ( Current time to drop at school 08:50 am, current school is 1min walk from our house ). Your presence and assistance in these crucial early morning tasks are highly valued and integral to our family's daily operations.
2. You have the freedom to manage your time from 9am to 3pm as you see fit.
3. In the afternoon, the nanny will be responsible for picking Mayra up from school at 15:15 pm. The nanny will then provide her with snacks , help her change her clothes , assist with her homework, give her a bath, and prepare her for dinner. After dinner, the nanny will help Mayra get ready for bed. Typically, one of us will be home by 06:30pm to relieve the nanny, so the full course of duties may not always be completed .
4. Some evenings, she will have tutorials related to different extracurricular activities (like swimming, gymnastics, etc.), so she needs to be taken there and brought back to the house.
5. Its expected that you will be preparing Mayra's food and organizing her clothes when free and encourage her in tidying up her room.
6. We will need you for some other days or sometimes same days for longer duration and it is completely up to you to agree to those shifts and will let you know in advance about those.
7. As we are involved with emergency medical service, it is difficult for us to handle any last minute changes. So pls consider this before agreeing.
8. You will have access to everywhere of our house and you can use the kitchen the way you wish .
