Jasmine's Little One's Childminding Setting in Talbot Woods. Early Years Professional Status Qualified. (Early Years Teacher)

My setting is Ofsted Registered and rated 'GOOD' by Ofsted and I am located close to many areas such as Winton, Charminster, Bournemouth, Talbot Woods, Westbourne, Poole, Wallisdown and Branksome.

My name is Jasmine, I am 34 years old and I live alone in a new build apartment, with my little dog called Biscuit a cockapoo
(children love Biscuit he's similar to waffle the wonder dog from CBeebies)

I like to keep children active throughout the day, going out places such as nature walks, parks, beaches, open play spaces to play games, country parks, play areas, children's play groups, nature tots,
Forest school, splash parks, library, community activities etc. I also love arts and crafts and helping little ones to use their imagination through craft to create something brilliant! I love to bake and keep children busy throughout the day. There will be various activities for your children to enjoy depending on their age and abilities such as role play, cooking, messy play, water play, role play tray, craft, planting, instruments, learning about the world and more.

I am a very caring, kind and patient with children and my setting is very calm and positive where children thrive.

Children's learning and development will be recorded and tracked using a system called BabysDays the Early Years Foundation Stage, which they can take with them to school in their future to show their learning and progress. I will be encouraging your child to learn new things through extending their learning and play, based around your childs interests.

I have up to three/four children at one time therefore children will have my full attention and care at all times. We also attend toddler groups and summer outings where your child can socialise with a wider group of children and also make special friendships with others at the setting and groups that we attend weekly.

Days, hours and routine are dependent on yours and your childs needs.

The setting has a home from home feel, it is a very relaxed and calm atmosphere and it is within walking distance to many outdoor areas such as; Winton recreation ground and Winton play garden, Meyrick park, Slades farm field, park, forest, Talbot Woods Nature Reserve and Redhill splash pool and park.

I have over 15 years experience in childcare including, nannying, nursery worker, babyroom lead practitioner, primary schools, family centres, child protection team, neonatal unit , childminding and much more.

I have many qualifications, such as an Early Years Professional Status, Paediatric First aid trained, childminding level 4 qualified, Safeguarding children qualified, health and social care degree and fully DBS checked.
