We have loved Louise. She has been so flexible and reliable throughout the 2 years our son has been with her. For me, it was the home from home approach while he was so young that I was looking for and helped him settle and enjoy his days so much. We now have a second son and will definitely be wanting him to be nurtured by Louise in those early years.

Louise, "Lulu", felt like part of our family for over 4 years. We were so lucky to have found her back when my oldest child was only 16 months old (and as a new mum, with no family in the area, I felt so nervous about handing over my precious baby to someone new). She adored Louise from day one (we all did!), so it was an absolute no brainer to send our son there too when the time came.
Louise looked after and helped us raise our babies in their most vulnerable years and was part of nurturing them into the little characters they have become. Although we were so sad to leave her as the kids moved on to pre-school, we felt happy to know that both children were ready and confident having had such a wonderful experience with Louise. The kids still ask all the time when they can go back! I cannot recommend her enough.

Louise is a very caring person and looked after my daughter from 4 months. My daughter was really happy to go in and never looked back to say goodbye. When I collected her she was always happy.
Louise would always update me at pick up. Even when little one had a intolerance to normal milk , Louise was very helpful.
The only reason that my daughter has left is now she has started at busy bees. But i wouldn’t hesitate to use Louise again if needed.
Such an amazing woman and clearly in the right job. My daughter loves her and will still often talk about her and the other children there.

I was trying to settle my son in with another Childminder when Louise contacted me to tell me she had availability. The settling in wasn't going well and I was getting increasingly upset and anxious since I was due to go back to work in 10 days. Louise was quite frankly my lifesaver. My son settled in quickly and loved seeing the other children and spending time with Louise. It made going back to work so much easier knowing he was happy and that I could get regular updates about how he was doing. Once he started walking he would merrily lead the way to her house (we had a 20min walk to get to her but wouldn't have changed that since he was so happy). If we drove past her house on the way somewhere he would always point out her house. They regularly went on walks to the local park or to see the ducks, or played in the garden when the weather was nice. During Covid lockdown Louise was very understanding and welcomed my son back with open arms when he eventually returned. The only reason why we have sadly said goodbye to Louise is to ensure that my son has a bit more time with more children before starting school... but we fully intend to meet up with Louise for walks when we can to catch up. I truely aprechiate having Louise as our Childminder and can fully recommend her.

Louise looked after our son for about 2.5 years and 10 month old daughter for a few months before we sadly moved and had to find another childminder. Finding a childminder was a bit of a minefield but we knew we wanted our children to be looked after in a caring family home and that is exactly what we got with Louise. We cannot recommend Louise highly enough, our son had a wonderful time with her and had it not been for moving house our children would still go to her. Louise also always went out of her way to help, picking up an extra day here or there if she could. We will miss taking the children to Louise and will definitely stay in touch and as mentioned before, we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Louise looked after our son almost full time for just over a year. He was 13 months old when he started and he has flourished in her care. We can't thank her enough for all she has done for our family.
She is very caring, patient and calm with the children and her house is set up extremely well for both indoor and outdoor play. She has lots of outings, activities including messy play, story time and crafts. She has been very flexible in terms of late drop offs and always happy to accommodate the odd early morning drop off and/or a late pick up. She helped us stick to his low sugar dietary requirements and also helped us with potty training, with great success. Our son took to her immediately and was always very excited to arrive at her house in the mornings.
Thank you so much Louise! we all miss you... x

Louise has been looking after our 4 year old twin boys for almost a year now and has been very supportive and adaptable to our needs. Louise can always be relied on to help us and tries her very best to fit in with our requirements.
Louise is very calm and patient with the children and the setting is in a relaxed and homely environment. We have been very happy with Louise because we feel that the children already do lots of activities at school, so when Louise collects them she usually has a calming activity planned for them such as arts and crafts, baking or going for a walk.
Our boys enjoying mixing with the other children, playing with the toys and playing in the back garden all year round (the garden is set up in a very child friendly way). The whole setting is very clean and tidy.

Louise has looked after our little boy since he was 11months old and he absolutely loves his time with her. Louise is a friendly and trustworthy person who makes sure that the children have a fun filled day come rain or shine.
Commuting every day is always stressful, but Louise is extremely understanding if one of us gets stuck on the trains, it is nice to know our little boy is in safe hands and if you need to contact her she will be in touch straight away.
Louise has a lovely play room and garden which are both fully equipped with toys and games and is regularly out and about with the children, which we know our little one loves. It is such a nice feeling to know we are picking up a very happy boy at the end of the day.

My daughter was in Louise's care for just over 3 years, from the age of 18 months until she started Reception just before her 5th birthday, this year.
My daughter adored Louise and loved being in her care.
Louise regularly took the children to Bernard's Heath to use the playground and run around on the field there, and also took them to Verulanium Park, weather permitting.
The playroom is always stocked with things for the children to do and her garden is fantastic as it has artificial grass enabling the children to play outside all year round.
Louise is a lovely person who genuinely has deep affection for the children she looks after.
My daughter was extremely sad to leave in July this year.
