Hello! I am a friendly, caring and patient childcarer with a wide range of teaching experience and babysitting/nanny experience. Creating a safe, happy and caring environment is at the heart of my care for your children!
I am highly capable in looking after children, leading daily routines and being the sole carer for children of a variety of ages.
I am happy to get involved in supporting any part of your family life - managing picks ups/drop offs, getting children ready for school, bedtime routines, mealtimes (including cooking), any light housework, taking out on trips to park/beach. I am highly organised and used to managing a busy schedule! I can help with daytime nanny support or evening babysitting, whatever you need!
My qualifications and experiences as a teacher mean I am very knowledgeable about child development, care and the school curriculum. So I can provide expert care for children of all ages, providing fun and engaging learning activities or tutoring if required.
My Experience
I have had over 7 years experience babysitting for a variety of age children. I really enjoy working with families, supporting them with childcare and providing happy and fun experiences for the children.
I have had several experiences working as a nanny/au pair abroad. So have experienced managed daily routines, school pick ups/drop offs, meal times and bed time.
I studied Primary Education at university and I have experience teaching in schools as part of my teaching practice, teaching and supporting learning of children aged 3-7 years old.
I have worked in a nursery setting as an early years teacher for 3 years, working in the pre school and the toddler room. So I have a wide range of experience and knowledge of children of these age ranges as well as older primary age children from teaching in schools. I also have a Masters in Early Years Education so I am well researched in this area of education and child development.
I’m super reliable and I’ve just been working as an au pair abroad, so I’m used to getting stuck in to helping families with childcare, daily routines, home life and nursery/school pick ups/drop offs.
