About Me

Hi, my name is Gayle McGraham, I am married to Jeremy and we have a 16 year old son and a 14 year old daughter.

I am registered with Ofsted, which at my last Ofsted inspection received a 'GOOD' grade. My full Ofsted report can be viewed via the Ofsted website.

I am a member of Pacey (professional association for childcare and early years) , hold valid public liability insurance and both myself and my husband have had Enhanced CRB checks completed. I also hold a valid paediatric first aid certificate and attend regular training courses to ensure I am up to date on the requirements needed.

I also have held a full clean driving licence for over 10 years. All the children are transported in age appropriate seats which are fitted correctly and securely. All paperwork for my vehicle can be viewed.

We live in a detached house, in a quiet cul-de-sac in a central location of the village. We have a good sized playroom with a variety of toys for boys and girls of different ages. The resources are both educational and fun which helps to enable me to follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) more effectively. I continually introduce new resources to enhance and encourage the childrens learning experiences and enjoy educating through play.

Our garden is fully secure which allows the children to explore their surroundings with ease, there is also a wide selection of outside toys to be enjoyed, including a climbing frame, swing, slide and sandpit.
Our home has been fully checked by the local fire service.

Our home is within walking distance of local amenities including shops, doctors, park, library and the infant, catholic and junior schools. Within the village there are a variety of playgroups I attend as well as the Childrens Centre.

I am available to do school drop offs/pick ups for Studley Infant school and Studley Junior school.

My business is called 'Gayles Little Gems'.

I really enjoy caring for other peoples children and being able to offer a variety of different experiences for them. Watching them learn through play and giving a good start at pre-school age is a real pleasure.

I am offering a quality, reliable childcare service for parents who want their children to be cared for in a 'home from home' environment, which will meet individual needs.
