My daughter has been going to Shafaq since she turned 1 from March 2018 and settled incredibly well from the onset. I liked how Shafaq and Kamal arranged the intensive settling in sessions before she started full time ensuring full attention was provided to her.

I have never been anxious to drop my daughter to Shafaq and Kamal as I have full trust that they will take care of my daughter in a loving, caring and nurturing way. Shafaq and Kamal take pride in their home and that is also demonstrated in the clean and organised environment. A special touch is the personal What’s App group for parents whereby videos and photos are shared frequently providing us with reassurance that my daughter is happy and content.

The individual portfolio per child is a lovely memorabilia which contains pictures, my daughters artwork and a log of developmental milestones in line with the Early Years Curriculum. My daughter has slight speech delay and Shafaq will update me daily on the progress she is making with my daughter to learn new words. In addition Shafaq and Kamal’s flexibility has been really appreciated and I never shy away discussing my personal requirements with them.

It is clearly evident that Shafaq loves her job as a childminder and I’m happy my daughter attends a home from home environment.

I have recommended Shafaq and Kamal to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.
