For as long as I’ve known this man he has always had a caring and loving nature. He has always been good with children of all ages and he is the definition of doing something that you truly love. Anything this man does is from the heart, he will love and protect your children as if they are his own. He will teach them right from wrong at all times in a manner no parent can fault and a lot of parents can learn from. Having an exceptional work ethic and mindset ready to apply to any profession; the childcare industry are lucky to have Joss. If he doesn’t deserve the award and even more than I don’t know who does.

My child loves Joss, hes passion for his job show in the way he carrys out activities and talks with children. He's a very understanding carer with maternal like mannerisms. Hes just a all round brilliant guy.

Joss is a great child minder. He's fun and outgoing but responsible and a great teacher.
The children love him and we know they are in safe hands when he's caring for them.
Not only does he look after my children but immediate family too. I would highly recommend his services.
And as a Father , I trust him completely with my children.

He is a breath of fresh air as childminder./ as he was my son key worker at prior Weston school.
Joss is hard working and amazing with kids.
He is fun and loving. His teaching of
Development skills as well making my son feel confident and the ability to do Things where he felt he couldn't... he is 100 the best person for this award .
We miss him very much .

Josh is a caring and warm young man. He treats every child as an individual according to their needs and development. Children love to be around Joss as he creates a sense of fun and is able to tune into their play. He has a great knowledge of child development, which is very supportive for parents.

Joss is a very inspiring and motivated young man. He is exceptional in his craft and has a genuine care for his job and the families he works with. Having a son as a single mother I felt it was important to have the balance of a male to care for him so he can get involved in all the things I may overlook as an overprotective mother. He brings a lot of fun and excitement to my son and understands his need for routine having sen. Couldn't ask for a better carer.

Joss is caring and calm and was wonderful with my 7month old baby. Immediately listened to instructions and followed through and was smiley and playful. Just what I needed whikstinf visiting london when I needed a few days off whilst still keeping peace of mind!

From my son was in nursery joss has been an exceptional role model and still to this day his bond with all the kids he comes across it the best of the best 7 years later and my son still remembers him. He has created an everlasting bond and is truly amazing at what he does.

Joss should be crowned Babysitter Of The Year because he has shown consistent dedication to caring and nurturing children. He spends time getting to know each child that comes into his care. My children are all of different ages and it is important they are able to thrive. Joss actively instills confidence in children through play and life experiences. I have used Joss’s services for over 10 years and recommend him highly.

Joss is an experienced childcare professional who is very passionate about the interaction that he has with the children in his care. He is keen to stimulate children and provide a positive learning environment.
He is extremely reliable and it is nice to have a male babysitter available as they are very rare.

Joss is an absolute natural when it's comes to children. So much so that you can give him the name "toddler whisperer." He has a passion for childcare and this shows through in everything he does and is working towards. He's a walking Penny Tassoni book in relation to toddler advice and also has years of dedicated experience behind him, to showcase his knowledge, in the practical sense. He is definitely breaking barriers being a male nanny of Afro-Caribbean descent and deserves all the support we can give him!

Not only is he a confident and encouraging individual, he makes sure to create an environment for the clients that is an all round positive experience. Also ensuring that he plays a responsible role in the community. Before JossyCare, I had never heard of a successful Manny care.The reviews have been phenomenal.
