About Me
I am currently a teacher, who lives in Waltham abbey. I am looking to provide a service during the schools holiday period as I have plenty of time to do so and working with children is my passion. I live in a three bedroom house that has a lovely garden for playing. I love providing children with lots of fun activities whether that being baking, art/crafts or outdoors activities and sports. I am a caring, kind person who loves to have fun and be silly. However, I know the importance of consistency and boundaries to ensure that the children in my care feel safe. I do have a dog, a pug who is extremely friendly and enjoys the company of children. All children that I have worked with have loved her dearly.
I am very happy to tailor an 'educational' day based in the national curriculum for the age of the child you would like me to look after. If there is an area at school that they are struggling in I am happy to spend some time working on this with them.
My Experience
I graduated from Brighton university 11 years ago , receiving a degree in education, specialising in the ages 4-11 years. Since then I have taught across all age groups in a variety of catchment areas. I have also lead a number of subjects across schools, become head of year/ phase a swell as assistant head. I feel that my educational insight has given me a unique approach to babysitting/ child care.
Alongside, my educational experience ,I also take care of my godchildren, nieces and nephews.d

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
My fees are based on the service that you would like me to give. If you would require me to add some tutoring or an educational feel /subject based or exploration learning to my services the price will be slightly higher. We can discuss this once you have contacted me.
