About Me

Hi, my name is Christine and I am an Ofsted registered *Good* childminder in Rose Green, i live with my partner, my daughters, 6 and 9, my mum (my assistant and has also completed paediatric first aid) my boxer dogs and lots of other pets.

It was when i had my first daughter that i decided to go in to childcare, like many mum's i was worried about returning to work so i made the decision to do my training as a childminder whilst on maternity leave with the aim to provide the kind of care/environment i would expect for my daughters.

We live in a large family home offering a safe, secure and fun environment. We have a large lounge/playroom with plenty of exciting things to do including toys, messy play and arts and crafts. The lounge area leads to a secure outside play area containing more exciting things with a mud kitchen, sand pit and water play.

We spend a lot of time in our large private garden which is split in to sections, the play area as an extension of the lounge/playroom with games and toys, a large grassed area for all kinds of activities, a vegetable patch for growing (and eating) our own and a large play area surrounded by trees with a climbing frame, trampoline, swings and a fairy garden. In this area we also go looking for wildlife we have bug houses, a pond, a hedgehog hotel and lots of bird nesting boxes. We also have ducks which children love to feed and help care for.

We have an ideal location with 3 playgrounds and a library within walking distance, Hotham Park, Bognor and Pagham beach only a short drive away. Home cooked meals and healthy snacks can be provided. Reductions are available for long term contracts. We also do regular outings to Little Stars (toddler singing group) and Aldingbourne Centre.
