About Me
Hi My name is Bonnie Testro, I live with my partner and we have 3 beautiful children (6,5,3). I am 29 years old and live in chaddesden. I have been a childminder assistant for 18 months and have worked with various childminders. I have taken that opportunity to gain knowledge and experience and I am ready to go it alone.
I own a house is Chaddesden, where there is a large extension at the back, which is where everything is set up. I want the children to feel at home here, so they will have access to all of the down stairs areas, so a home from home experience. A good working relationship with the parents is of real importance to me, so we can work together to offer your child a safe and friendly place to learn. I am a easy going and fun loving person.
I will be offering collections and drop offs at Cavedish close school.
As a childminder I want to take advantage of the opportunities around, so we will be visiting groups, parks, the libary and any other trips out locally or further afield.
I have a full DBS, and I am first aid trained. I have completed the PACEY home based child care providers course.
We have a puppy, who is completely house trained, and loves children. Her and my youngest son are the best of friends. She has her own area the children will not have access to, so she wont be left alone with the children. Im hoping we can take advantage of the walks around here and get out with her some mornings with the children.

I have worked for 18 months as a child minder assistant. Within this time i helped run a morning toddler group, and have attended many courses to better my knowledge and training.
I have worked with various childminders around the chaddesden and Spondon area. I have gained extensive knowledge off all of them, and seen different ways of running settings. I am completely ready to start this journey alone and have gained so much experience from some great childminders.
I also have 3 young children of my own. 2 will be at full time school September, and then I have my youngest Frank. He will be with me for 3 days, but enjoys his time at a fellow childminders for the other 2.

I have the Cache Level 3 Certificate in Home-Based Childcare and a paediatric first aid certificate
