About Me
I am an ex-head teacher. I tutor part-time and can provide current references. I am patient and caring and like to challenge my pupils but also ensure the learning experience is fun and relaxed.
My Experience
Almost thirty years teaching and management experience. I established and developed a thriving secondary school in South Africa. I have three grown-up children who all pursue successful careers and are balanced, happy, contributing members of their communities in England. I am currently teaching primary children English and Maths in the Canterbury area , doing some special needs teaching as well as GCSE English.
My Qualifications
B.A.(Hons), ( Main subjects English and French), LLB (Postgraduate law degree), PGCE equivalent.
All of the above completed at the University of Natal, South Africa (now called University of KwaZulu-Natal ( one of the top 500 universities in the world).

My Fees
- Tutoring from £25.00 per hour
For tutoring in pupil's home: £35 to 48 p.h. (including travel cost).
Also online from £25 per hour. £15 per half hour.
