My two children have been with Victoria since September 2021, and I couldn't be happier with the care and support they receive. Victoria offers a warm and welcoming home environment that feels clean, safe, and secure. I've always had peace of mind knowing my kids are safe and happy in her care.
From the very start, Victoria has shown kindness, compassion, and genuine love towards the children. My daughter has had some confidence issues, and I’ve seen her flourish with Victoria's nurturing guidance. It's clear that Victoria has a special way with kids and a natural empathy that makes her stand out. She continually works on her professional development, taking various training courses, including a recent first aid and sign language course.
Communication with Victoria has been excellent; she keeps me informed about what my children have done each day, and any incidents that may happen, whether at her setting or school. She provides a wide range of activities and toys for the kids. My daughter especially enjoys the outdoor obstacle courses when the weather is nice. Victoria also takes the children on exciting outings, like trips to the seaside, visits to the cathedral, and fun days at the park.

My daughter is cared for by Vicky 5 x a week before and after school. Vicky is honestly the most caring compassionate and fun loving childminder. My daughter feels safe, secure and cared for and truly loves and looks forward to her time with Vicky. My daughter is flourishing and has become much more confident since joining Vicky, this is invaluable as a parent !

I would highly recommend Vicki to anyone looking for a profesaional, caring and fun childminder. She is the best childcare provider we have used. My children are with Vicki 5 days a week and they always come out with a smile on their faces excited to tell me about their time spent with her. The care and attention she gives each child is second to none. My son has medical issues and allergies which Vicki has always taken seriously and has made us feel at ease (which wasn't an easy task after experiences with other local settings). With Vicki we know our children are safe and their needs are being met. They have grown in confidence since being in Vicki's care and I hope they can remain with her for many years.

Vicky is such caring & compassionate person; each child is special to her. My 8 yr old loves to spend time at her setting, never once have I had any difficulties getting her there. Vicky takes her time to understand each child’s needs & in that way Vicky supports us as parents/guardians. Any problems she’s a listening ear & has the ability to really understand any problems you may have. Those few minutes chatting; dropping/picking up my child has been so valuable to us as a family; Vicky is definitely my go to person over the years if any issues should arise; or just having a laugh at the end of the day. When I say she’s the “BEST” Vicky really is.

Vicki looked after my daughter a couple of years ago and I knew when I got pregnant with my son I wouldn't want anyone else other than Vicki to look after him too. She is one of a kind. She is amazing with the children, showing them so much love and attention. She's always taking the children out to various places to expand their learning and knowledge. Thank you so much for everything you do for my children Vicki!

Vicky has my little girl 3 times a week since she was 6months and she absolutely loves going.. Vicky goes above and beyond for the kids and I feel very lucky to have her take care of my little one..

My little girl has been coming to Vicky for nearly two years now twice a week , Vicky is quite frankly a superhero , she is so busy with all the children but they all have smiles on their faces nothing is going ever too much , my little one always comes out smiling whatever they have done that day be it play in the garden or a trip to the seaside or soft play , there relationship over the last two years is incredible, Vicky is like a home from home mum and takes so much care of the little ones around her , the skills and communication my little one has learnt at such a young age is incredible, an absolute gem of a childminder xxxx

Victoria is fabulous. I have had a number of different childcare providers for my son and Victoria has been the best!
She is great with the children and treats them with so much love and care. We use her service for the school run and holidays.
As we both work full time with no family nearby Victoria looks after our son during school holidays. She makes that time. So special for the children and goes out with them to play centres and lots of picnics in the park. As a parent it makes you feel at ease knowing your child will have a great time.
We are so grateful to her!

My daughter has been going to Vicki's since last year. Vicki's is always busy with the children, finding things to do to entertain them and build the children's skills.
She always takes an interest in my daughter allowing her to feel comfortable, safe and secure.
Vicki is reliable, trustworthy and professional. She has made the whole experience of leaving my child with her a great one and I couldn't have asked for someone better to care for her.
My daughter is so settled with Vicki and will miss her and her friends when the time comes to move on.
Thank you so much Vicki for all you do for my daughter and family.

Vicky has looked after my son for the last 4(ish) years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t send him anywhere else. Greeted with a warm welcome & smiley face every time, the kids are always kept busy doing activities or crafts. In the holidays there are lots of trips out to keep them entertained. Vicky certainly goes above & beyond! I feel really lucky to have found such an excellent childminder for my son and will really miss Vicky now my son is off to secondary school. 😢

My son has only been with Vicki for 4 months but has settled in extremely quickly and was made to feel welcome from day 1! He struggles with anxiety in new situations but not once have we have we struggled with this - he loves going to Vicki's before and after school. There is a variety of resources and activities available and Vicki goes the extra mile providing materials to create bits and pieces for special occasions. Vicki always takes the time to check if there is anything she needs to know each morning and is ready to help us parents out too (an emergency potato!)
Oh and Vicki runs the BEST breakfast 'cafe' - my son knows exactly what he is going to order!!
I would highly recommened Vicki as a childminer, she is such a lovely, thoughtful person who cares so much about the children in her setting.

Freddie was 7 months old when he started going to Vicky's and we have never looked back! As new parents it can be daunting leaving your baby in the care of another person but Vicky made us feel at ease right from the start. She loves all her Children like they are her own and that is everything we wanted and more. Freddie loves going and smiles as soon as he sees her. She updates us every day with pictures and updates of what they have been doing and it makes us so happy that Freddie has settled with somebody so quickly. She goes above and beyond and there is nobody else we would want to look after Freddie. 1000000% recommend!

Vicki has provided before and after-school childcare for my son for the past for 4 years. He has always enjoyed attending her setting which provides a home-from-home experience. Vicki is extremely caring and attentive to his well-being and needs. There is always a good range of engaging activities offered and, because she cares for children across the EYFS and Primary age ranges, he is able to interact with children other than just those that he would play with at school. I would highly recommend Vicki as a childminder!

Vicky has been looking after my kids for 3 years now and I couldn’t recommend her enough. My kids love going to hers and they have so much fun, I can fully trust my kids there and Vicky goes above and beyond if I need her for anything. Vicky’s a lovely woman and very kind and caring and has turned out to be a lovely friend aswell we wouldn’t want anyone else to have our kids

Vicky had my little boy alfie for about a year and she was brilliant with him he went in with a massive smile on his face and came out with one.. She is so caring and thoughtful and did so much for alfie I'm so grateful he loves and misses her lots x

Vicki is absolutely the best childminder, so caring and loving to all my children and us as a family. I couldn’t work like I do without her & my children are so happy with her and love their time with Vicki before and after school and in the holidays. She treats them and takes them on lots of adventures. She is more than a childminder, I and my children would be lost without her. I completely trust Vicki to look after my children & have no worries when I leave them with her. In fact my children sometimes want to stay when I go pick them up.
I highly recommend Vicki.
