We had a face to face interview and we confirmed that we’d go ahead with Bernadette on Thursdays and Fridays. She came to house on the first day, a Friday and everything went well. The following week, on Thursday, she was due to come, however she cancelled last minute saying she had a family emergency. We were sympathetic of this and made alternative emergency arrangements. The next week, I messaged her on a Monday to ask if she was due to come in Thursday and Friday, I received no response and she didn’t turn up. Very disappointed in her lack of professionalism.
