My Summary
Nanny Ainy - Ofsted Registered Childcare Provider
About Me
I'm Ainara Rubio Belenguer and I'm 27years old. I'm from Spain. I worked as an Au Pair for around seven months (January to August 2018). When my Au Pair experience finished, I worked in a nursery for five months. When I finished working in the nursery, I started my career as a nanny working full time for a family for 18 months, and after that, I started one of my current nanny jobs. My work schedule changed in September 2022 due to the children being at school full time, and we "joined forces" with another family to make sure it worked for everyone.
I worked part-time for Middlesex Association for the Blind from February 2023 to the end of April 2024.
I studied full-time for two years and a half a Level 4 in Early Chilhood Education.
All about me:
When I was fourteen years old I started volunteering in a free time club for children with limited resources and I continue doing it every time I go back to Spain on holiday, in that club we also organise camps every year and I have prepared and managed activities for the children.
I have the ability to improvise when something is not working as expected.
I made some first aids courses in Spain and, in 2018, a paediatric first aid course in the UK, which I retook in 2022 and due to take the next one in a few weeks, and I have completed a food-handling course as well.
I am trained to deal with food allergies.
I am a really active and loving person, and working with little children is what I have always wanted to do.
My Experience
- Weekend job for three years organising and putting in place activities for children in different family events (weddings, first communions, birthdays...).
- Volunteer works in a free time club.
- Three months in a nursery doing my placement with babies from four months old to three years old.
- Au Pair (nine and 14 years old) three months.
- Au Pair (one, four and six years old) four months.
- Nursery practitioner in the baby room from September 2018 to the end of January 2019.
- Full time live out nanny of three children (four, six and eight years old when I started) from February 2019 to the end of August 2020 (55 hours/week).
- Full time live out nanny of two children (one and four years old when I started) from September 2020 to September 2022 (40 hours/week). During the last year of this employment, a one year old little girl would join us for about 10 hours/week, spread in 2 days.
- Nanny share with the family mentioned above and other family with children attending the same school. (Two, three, five, six and ten years old as of the starting date) from September 2022 to present. I am employed 15h/week with one family and 25h/week with the other one, sharing nine of those hours.
- Live out temporary nanny with a little girl and occasionally her brother (one and three years old respectively) from the end of August 2022 to the 31st of January 2023.
- Live out nanny with a little girl and occationally her older sister (2 months old at the start date! and 4 years old) weekly twice/week for a few hours in the morning from February 2023 to September 2023. She's currently going yo a childminder, so I'm needed less often (about once/week), but it is still ongoing.
I was self-employed for the ad hoc/ short-term roles. I have worked with so many more families, but naming all the ad-hoc roles would make this so long, so I have only added the most relevant/regular jobs I have had.
Even though I have worked in more places and studied more things, they are not related to children.

Ainy looks after our two kids on a Friday after school with two other kids. She's super reliable and looks after all four of them brilliantly. She is so flexible in taking the kids to activities after school and picking them up, even though she has to juggle the needs of all four. We couldn't be happier.
Ainy is quite an exceptional nanny. She has looked after both my children on regular occasions and they adore her. We had given up on finding someone else to look after our children who both have quite challenging additional needs. They knew Ainy from the playground and developed a rapport with her which we thought might develop if she looked after them. It has been a huge success. She manages their anxiety and needs incredibly well and has quickly become a safe a trusted adult in their eyes. She is extremely diligent at taking on guidance from us as parents but is also extremely capable of navigating a difficult situation independently. She often goes above and beyond in caring and looking after children and is dependable (I have often called her in an emergency) and is very reliable and committed.
We feel incredibly lucky to know her and to have her in our lives.
We know Ainy as she was the nanny of our neighbors, always keeping kids safe and happy. She has been supporting us with babysitting. very reliable, never fails and keeps kids happy and occupied. We trust her with our kids and she confirms availability swiftly.
Ainy feels like a family member to us, she is warm, thoughtful and positive.
We have used Ainy for babysitting our 2 young girls to help my wife while she was pregnant, & then to also assist with our baby after he was born. One of our girls is currently on the autism pathway (with likely ADHD too), & Ainy has been fantastic in dealing with everything in a very demanding environment. She also wrote a superb report on our daughter’s behaviour & characteristics, that we used in her initial assessment. Ainy is energetic & fun, & we will continue to use her whenever we need some help.
Ainy has regularly been taking care of my baby daughter for the past five months, and on occasion, my four-year-old daughter and I can highly recommend her. She is warm, funny, attentive to safety and the well-being of my children. She also does her utmost to accommodate changing needs and hours. Just a great babysitter.
