Fantastic Childminding Team

We have two children, 3 and 18 months, who have been with Christine and Melissa for 6 months. Before moving them to childminding we had previously tried putting them both in to a local nursery, which hadn't been a success. The difference finding Christine and Melissa has made to our family is phenomenal. Both of our girls love going every morning. Our youngest often cries when she realises she isn't going to the childminders at the weekend and they both run in every morning, excited for the day. Christine and Melissa offer a homely environment, the house is dedicated to their business and there is more than you could ever imagine for the little ones to play with. They go on brilliant days out every week, teaching our girls lots, which we learn about every evening when they get home. They offer nutritional meals and are really accommodating to fussy eaters (our oldest particularly). Most importantly, you know that the children are well looked after and loved whilst they are there. Could not recommend more highly!

Highly Recommended!

We employed Melissa as a live out Nanny for out two children, aged 4 and now 2 from September 2014 until August 2015.

My husband was mainly working abroad and I often worked long and unpredictable hours and so we needed someone who would be flexible and fully relied on to take care of our children.

Melissa worked mornings and afternoons / evenings on Monday until Thursday and then had both girls all day Friday.

I can honestly say that we were 100% happy with every aspect of Melissa's work.

From day one when Melissa visited our home, the girls immediately took to her and from there they all formed a special bond.

Each afternoon Melissa had interesting, creative and varied activities organised with my older daughter, followed by a healthy home cooked meal. On Fridays Melissa organised days out and the girls were taken somewhere interesting and fun every week which they really loved!

Often they socialised with Melissa's mum (a well-known child-minder in our area), and the other children she looked after as well.

Melissa always kept our kitchen and living / play area immaculately tidy and would always use her own initiative to look out for any other tasks that needed done! I would rarely have to ask Melissa to do anything but if and when I did she was very obliging.

On numerous occasions, parents of our daughters' friends (who they would see at the school pick -up, or out and about at classes etc.) commented on how impressed with Melissa, her way with the children, and, how fond they were of her.

The only reason that Melissa's time with our family has come to an end is that we are all moving abroad. Otherwise we would have hoped that Melissa would have stayed with us for years to come.

I would not hesitate to recommend Melissa as a Nanny and very much hopes she finds another family who value her as much as we did.
