Monika as a childminder was recommended to us by a friend and we were lucky a space became available when we needed it!
Monika looked after our daughter over a two-and-a-half-year period; from day one, she made my little girl feel very welcome and comfortable which gave me peace of mind every time I left her in Monika's care.
Monika is a highly-qualified, attentive and observant professional who spotted potential issues as soon as they arose. She is also very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through various paths of the state's system, be it obtaining government funding or guiding us through SEND support options. On top of it all, Monika always made sure children were well-stimulated through play and they were always kept entertained; she took them on various trips and to playgroups where they could interact with others, arranged art activities and ensured they spent time outdoors.
My daughter never complained, she loved spending time at Monika's which was reassuring and I knew I did not need to worry. I feel Monika helped my daughter come out of her shell and made her grow into a confident and assertive girl who was definitely ready to start school this September. We could not have done it all without Monika, she is the best childminder anyone can wish for!
