Hello
My name is Sofia, I am an Ofsted-registered Nanny located in Aylesbury. I have been childminding for 6 years. I had my first Ofsted inspection on 03/06/2021.
As a childminder, I provided the children with a safe, warm and welcoming home-based environment with a wide range of activities, I encouraged children to express themselves positively and be challenged to maximise their potential. We attended local playgroups and visited the library, the zoo and many local parks. I offered healthy snacks and hot meals and I dropped off and collected children from our local schools depending on availability.
My hopes and dreams for my setting were to welcome everyone and work with parents to meet the needs of the children.
My younger child is 15 years old, I can work away from home.

Sofia has been both great for my son & myself. He has so much fun with her & her 2 daughters that he rarely wants to leave. If it wasn't for Sofia's flexibility & understanding of my shift work I probably would've had to found a new job by now. I reluctantly want a new childminder but my son starts nursery in Sept outside Aylesbury.
We will definitely keep Sofia for babysitting.
