My Requirements

Monday to Friday before school and after school. I have 2 boys, 1 will be starting Reception in Sept 2022 and the other currently attends full time nursery (1.5years old).

Job Description
-Role Nanny
-Location Epping, Essex
-Pick up From Ivy Chimneys Primary School
-Term time hours 3/3.30pm – 6.30pm/7pm (TBC with the right candidate)
-Days Monday to Friday
-Hourly rate Market rate
-School Holidays Potentially would like to cover some school holiday times. To be discussed/agreed with the right candidate
-Child/children Eldest son starting Reception in Sept 2022
-Occasionally pick up might be required for his younger brother currently at Bright Horizons nursery in Epping (full time)
-CRB checks Full background checks will be requested

Key Responsibilities
• After school pick-up
• Assistance with homework
• Attending extracurricular activities
• Organize creative activities and educational games (e.g. drawing, crafting etc)
• Prepare children’s meals and feed him
• Bath time
• Occasionally tidy up play areas and children’s room(s)
• Ensure children’s safety during indoors and outdoors activities
• Take care of children in case of injury or illness
• We have a cleaner and the key focus will on childcare
• Work with parents to ensure children’s growth and social development
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Nanny or Babysitter
• Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages
• Ability to come up with creative ideas to educate and engage children
• Multitasking skills
• A pleasant and patient personality
• Reliable
• A clean driving license
• High school diploma; further training in child development is a plus
• First aid certification is a plus
