My Summary
About Me
I am currently looking for some extra morning hours during the week, preferably during term time as during the holidays I’ll be working longer hours with my current family. I am also looking to ad hoc babysit on Saturdays and Sundays. I have experience with children of all ages, and I’m happy to cook and clean also. I drive, own my own car and I’m a non-smoker.
My Experience
I had been a nanny for a four-year-old boy for around 6 months, working evenings after school (4/5 hours a day/5 days a week) and full days (8 am to 7 pm, sometimes as late as 11 pm.) during school holidays. I prepared food, cooked meals, bathed, dressed and put to bed, as well as thinking of fun indoor and outdoor activities for him to do, such as swimming, going to the farm and indoor play centres. I also had to read to him and during dinner time I came up with educational games to keep him occupied to ensure he finished his dinner. Before that, I was a part-time babysitter for two boys (7 and 12), where I had to pick them up from school, prepare their meals and ensure homework was done efficiently for a few hours after school a few days a week. I also have experience with babies, as my mum was an at-home childminder and I would help out with the children who would come to our house. In 2018, I was a part time, and sometimes full time nanny for a lovely family with a four year old girl and two year old boy. My main responsibilities for this role were to take them and pick them up from nursery every morning and evening, and complete the “play, dinner, bath, bed” routine until their parents returned home. On full days, I took charge in creating fun activities for them and days out and about all whilst keeping them safe and happy.
I have worked for a loving family with 3 boys, including a 3 year old from the day he was born, for around 4 years. This would sometimes include 12 hour days of sole and joint care with the parents, ensuring each one was safe, happy and healthy.
My Qualifications
I have 10 A*-C GCSEs, 4 AS levels and 3 A Level qualifications, including English Language where I was taught how children learn to read, write and speak. I also have a Food Health and Safety Level 2 certificate and a Leadership for children certificate. I was accepted and attended De Montfort university 2017-2018, but have decided the course was not for me so I am currently looking for as much work as I can find!
My Availability
I am available on weekday mornings, no later than a 12:30pm finish. I am also available for weekend babysitting (Saturday and Sundays) on an ad hoc basis.

Chloe looks after my 3 boys during the week and also lives with us on a permanent, live-in basis. She is an excellent nanny, very trustworthy, flexible and adaptable in any situation. She has experience from newborns upwards and helps my boys with homework, cooks meals from scratch every day and is happy to get stuck in with any household duties. My 3 boys adore her and she is part of the family now. We don’t have any pets but she is great with animals and I know she misses her dog, so would be happy to do pet-sitting alongside childcare as well!
Chloe is looking for some extra hours as she does not start until 2pm for us in the week and is also free at weekends. She is happy to do regular hours each week or can do ad hoc babysits.
I cannot recommend Chloe highly enough and when we hired her we also got three excellent references from both parents and her job in a corporate setting. She is never ill, always turns up early, completely reliable at all times and often is happy to do extra hours at late notice. She is very organised and also has office skills if you need help with any household admin, which we do!
If you would like a reference from us, we would be more than happy to give one for Chloe.
