About Me
Hello, my name is Noreen. I live in Timperley with my family and pet cat - Eddie. I offer full-time, part-time and wraparound care covering Navigation Primary School.
Soon after I registered as a childminder I attended university to acquire essential knowledge and practice that would enable me to work well with children. I'm a qualified Early Years Professional (Early Years Teacher) and I also have a Postgraduate Certificate in Childhood Studies and Practice.
Recently I completed the course: AMI Montessori Assistants Certificate (0-3 years). I was fascinated by the Montessori philosophy and wanted to learn how I can adopt the principles in my practice. I've since made changes to implement gradually what I've gained from the course.
I like to work closely with parents to gain plenty of information on the needs of their child. I share detailed information about a child's day with parents.
My home is smoke free and within easy access to two tram stations.
I offer a nutritional menu and cater for vegetarian and halal diets (as well as allergies). I enjoy accomodating children from diverse backgrounds and ensure that through daily activities, resources and my menu we celebrate this diversity.
My core hours are 8am-6pm. However I'm flexible and can work outside these hours too.
My Experience
I'm a parent to four children. Three are now young adults over the age of 18. I have seventeen years experience as a Childminder. I've cared for children from diverse backgrounds and needs. I'm pleased with the progress they've made in my care.. I've worked with babies through to teenagers.

I offer both full time, part time and short-term (holiday cover) care.
I provide a childcare service 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.

My baby attended Noreen for 6 months . She was always happy and smiling and clean when I picked her up . She learnt lots of things and Noreen always kept me updated about her during the day .

It was a pleasure to look after your little girl. She will be missed by us all!
My son started with Noreen at 11months and stayed in her care until he started nursery at 3, Noreen was wonderful and patient with him and he really bonded with her. She made wholesome food for him to eat and had lots of toys and activities for him to enjoy. My son really enjoyed his time with her and I would highly recommend her service!

My 5 year old girl started going to Noreen since September. She loves going there. Her house is very clean and cosy. She has a lot of toys and entertainment for kids. She cooks healthy hot meals and help the kids with their homework.
Noreen is a lovely Childminder and I definitely recommend her!

Noreen has looked after my 11and 3yr old for almost 11/2yrs now. My elder one settles well in new places but I was sceptical about my little one but he has adjusted very well with noreen due to her loving and caring nature.
He is always happy to go to her care and gets sad when he is leaving at the end of the day. The day starts with," when am I going to Big Thomas nursery( he has renamed the nursery as per his toys preference)?".
I am only changing my childcare as I have moved house but would have continued if my circumstances wouldn't have changed.
I have already refereed her to few of my friends.
