I enquired for school pickups as this was listed on the profile. She also said she could direct me to other childminders in the area if she couldn’t help. Turns out she does neither.

I can only apologise that your felt I hadn’t replied to your message in a timely manner but with the nature of this job it’s not always possible to respond straight away during working.
