About Me
We are a family of four who live in North Oxford (Summertown) and are looking for wrap-around care for our two children who are 6 (girl) and 4 (boy). Term time only with some weeks during the holidays.
I am a solicitor (working in Oxford or Bristol) and my husband is a teacher in Oxford. We have a cat called Lulu. We both often work from home so there is some degree of flexibility in the hours.
My Requirements
We are looking for wrap-around care for our children who are will be in full time schools in the Summertown area and we are looking for someone to help give the kids breakfast and take them to school in the morning and then pick them up and look after them for a few hours after school (sorting out supper, reading and getting in bath if we are running late). * The hours and days of the week can be negotiable, as sometimes we are on hand to do a morning or afternoon school run *
Some ad hoc help during the school holidays would be greatly appreciated but isn’t a deal breaker, as well as the odd Friday evening babysitting. More hours are on offer in terms of household work if required.
The kids are well behaved and polite, which are values we regard highly.
We are also happy to consider a nanny who would like to bring their own child to work as this has worked well for us in the past.
We can offer around 30 hours per week, and we can also offer a generous rate to account for the unusual hours at the beginning and end of day to make up for the gaps during the day. We may also consider giving you use of a car or contributing to bus travel.
